Please note that although the general terms and conditions apply there are several policies and procedures as well as terms and conditions to ensure that both those we service and Toadal Control ABA are protected.
However please note:
- At Toadal Control ABA Our Clients reserve the right to Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions at your discretion pending they follow all current Contrapolicies and procedures.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
- Explain your privacy protection policies and procedures and confidentiality practices upon request.
- Set rules for client and caregiver behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Disable user accounts, Cancel orders and take legal action when and where necessary
- Terminate any service agreements when necessary as deemed by our business structure, policies, procedures and handbooks.
- Refuse services to any potential client that do not fit our standard of services or who we deem we are not the right fit for their individualized needs.
Return and Refund Policy
- Terms of return (we reserve the right to determine on a case by case basis any and all request for return or refund of products or services.)
- State of return (if we do decide that your request for a refund or return is valid all items must be returned to Toadal Control ABA unused and in mint condition.)
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product) We do not process returns for items that match the order description due to user error.)
- Process for return (iPlease contact us via your preferred method to initiate the refund/return review process. This process can take anywhere from 3-30 days depending on the product, service or any customizations that were made. )
- Process of refund (all approved refunds/return will be returned to the same method of payment that they were received.
